Dr. Mark Domanski is a graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, Georgia. A practicing doctor for over 11 years, Dr. Domanski has built the largest practice in the Coastal Empire, literally treating hundreds of patients per day. As a Chiropractor, a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, a doctor for the US Olympic weightlifting team, and a guest lecturer in many arenas, Dr. Domanski has challenged people to become healthier in all aspects of their lives… Naturally. Because of the astounding statistics, Dr. Domanski’s vision and mission is to create a health and wellness movement in his community and transform the lives of people in Savannah and the surrounding areas.

Dr. Michelle Fehmel, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Michelle, a Connecticut native, graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She worked in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with the physical therapy team at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, treating stroke and traumatic brain injury patients for 2 years. Soon after, she began her doctorate studies at New York Chiropractic College, graduating Cum laude in 2004.
Dr. Michelle has been working with Crossroads Chiropractic and Wellness Center since 2004. During that time, Dr. Michelle has taken advanced training in spinal corrective techniques, scoliosis correction from the Clear Institute, and proficiency seminars in active release technique of the spine. She has guest lectured all over the community on Health, Nutrition, and Exercise, equipping patients with tools that will last a lifetime.
Dr. Keith Tyre
Dr. Keith Tyre, a native of Jesup, Georgia, is a graduate of Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He worked in Dahlonega, Georgia since 2007 and joined Crossroads Chiropractic and Wellness Center in 2010. Dr. Tyre has taken advanced classes and seminars in Chiropractic Biophysics, pediatric adjusting, and physiotherapy treatments. He stays up to date on spinal corrective techniques and research, and has spoken in the community on various health and wellness topics.
